Back in college Vadla and I used to speak of how someday we'd just click "record" on our Walkman, and go down this street outside Dadar Station, catching all the sounds. 20-Apr-2017 : 27 years later and these guys are still at it.... This ones for you Vadla.
I see this on my way to work every morning since the past 1 year. It's supposed to be a posh building in a posh neighborhood in Powai. Notice that the builder's poster claims : "Breathtaking Panoramic views for Decades to Come".

For some time now, we have been wanting to check out the resorts of Radisson at Kholpoli as well as The Hilton in Shillim [ Lonavala ]. We started the Sunday morning drive with a somewhat aimless direction. Maybe Lonavala, maybe around the Ghats. It was Easter Sunday after all.... Along the way Deepa suggested we check out the Radission, and we made the diversion. What a delightful surprise it was. We had a nice big buffet breakfast, and Armaan had a swim as well. We left around lunch time, back in Bombay before sundown. Deepa thrilled and pleased with herself, "our secret" she kept saying.
We got us a 500 piece puzzle thinking we could spend time over it as a family and keep working on it over weekends.
We we started sometime in Feb 2017, and we reached 60% completeness, when our crazy new maid came in one day and just picked it all up and packed it away !! Horror ! We had already spent about 4 hours on it. We let it be for a while and then re-opened it and began from whatever bits weren't dismantled. Here is the result, very satisfying and a lot of family fun.
