They call themselves the 40s Walkaround Wanderers and were doing a Lighthouse walk along the coast. The goal was to cover about 8-10 lighthouses along the way and learn a little about each.
I joined them for this, and found a most wonderful bunch of loafers ! Friendly, curious and a large appetite and spirit for life.
